Kylee McAdam joined the Youth Law Center in 2024 as the QPI Site Relationship Senior Manager. Kylee is passionate, creative, and solution-focused and has vast experience supporting safe and stable communities while advocating for families to find success. Prior to her current role, Kylee was the QPI Liaison for Washoe County Human Services Agency (WCHSA). In this position, Kylee promoted the implementation of QPI standards within the child welfare agency responsible for effectuating child safety for a jurisdiction of over 600,000. Kylee is a nationally recognized QPI Champion who values a multi-disciplinary child-centered team approach. Through her work, Kylee developed and enhanced programs and policies. Before promotion to the position of QPI Liaison, Kylee was assigned to the WCHSA Child Advocacy Center (CAC) as an Assessment Worker. Cases assigned to the CAC were for the severity of the abuse and neglect, child fatalities, or near-fatalities. In this role, Kylee worked collaboratively with multiple local law enforcement agencies, medical/clinical professionals, and the Washoe County District Attorney’s office. Additionally, Kylee has several years of experience working for the State of Nevada with the Department of Child and Family Services as a Case Manager. Kylee and her husband are parents to two beautiful children, the older of whom was foster/adopted. In her spare time, Kylee enjoys spending time with her family camping and riding dirt bikes.
