QPI Webinar: Youth Voice Leads the Way: Reimagining Transitions for Teens in Care

Join us for a dynamic panel discussion featuring youth advocates, QPI Youth Champion leaders, peer supporters, policy partners, and professionals working to strengthen support and outcomes for transition-age youth.

Participants will hear directly from youth advocates about the changes they are leading within QPI sites and communities, along with the real-life impact of relationships, youth engagement, connection, and support during times of transition.

The conversation will also include an overview of the current federal landscape impacting transition-age youth, as well as practical and youth-driven strategies that help systems respond in more developmentally appropriate, relationship-centered ways. Together, panelists will explore how to better center youth voice, preserve important relationships, and create more responsive and meaningful approaches to transitions for teens in care.
