Celina Granato

QPI Resource Manager

Celina Granato joined the Youth Law Center’s Quality Parenting Initiative (QPI) team in 2016 as the QPI National Coordinator where she has been involved with various aspects of development, supporting project planning and implementation for national QPI sites. In July 2021, she became QPI Resource Manager where she oversees and coordinates online services to include QPI website, resources, and communications. Formerly, she worked as a Foster Parent Trainer and Licensing Specialist in Northwest Florida, which is where she became involved with QPI’s efforts to improve the local system of care. She ultimately pioneered the first Foster Parent Mentor Program for Bay County, Florida in 2015. She has also served youth and families as a Dependency Case Manager, and has operated as Group Treatment Coordinator at a residential treatment program for teenage girls involved with the juvenile justice system.
