QPI Site Spotlight: Fresno County

Please join us for a QPI Site Spotlight webinar featuring a panel of QPI Champions from Fresno County, highlighting innovative, relationship-centered systems change in action. Fresno County will share how they are advancing QPI through the development and implementation of a new transitions policy, grounded in partnership, lived experience, and developmental science.
Panelists will discuss how Fresno is embedding QPI principles into everyday practice, including the role of Champions, steering committees, and task force structures in driving meaningful and sustainable change. This session will highlight Fresno County’s innovative approach to systems change—how they engage Champions as leaders, align policy with practice, and center relationships to improve experiences and outcomes for children, youth, and families.
Participants will walk away with: Practical tools and strategies that can be adapted to their own sites Examples of how to structure and leverage steering committees and task forces Insights into how Champions can be meaningfully engaged to support policy implementation and culture change.
